Our Delta 8 Terp Syringes are made using only top shelf Delta 8 Clear Distillate and CO2 Live Terpenes. Delta 8 Clear Distillate will contain a high percentage of Delta 8 (90-99%) but may also contain other trace minor cannabinoids. Delta 8 is considered a semi-synthetic cannabinoid, it is naturally occurring within the hemp / cannabis plant but cannot be extracted from the plant, it must be isomerized from CBD or another cannabinoid. What is Delta 8 THC?

Delta 8 THC was made legal by the 2018 Hemp farm bill aka Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 allowing a maximum Delta 9 THC content of 0.3% while allowing all natural isomers of CBD including Delta 8 THC, Delta 10 THC, HHC and THCP.
